Our company was founded in 1977, foraying mainly into General Maintenance, Technical Services, Facilities Management , Manpower Supply & Sub-Contracting for various prestigious & landmark developments in Dubai & the UAE in the early 2000’s. With over 45 years of active service in the Dubai market & having taken part and completed over 850 Projects all over UAE, our team understands the UAE market and our clients. Our network of clients/vendors has been forged over decades of effective partnerships and this reflects in our name in the market. We stringently work towards achieving client satisfaction at every project we have set our foot into.
Although we have been into the property management business for over 30 years, managing the commercial & residential properties of our clients who are mostly landlords, we have recently launched our full time & dedicated Real Estate brokerage firm to cater to all types of clientele looking for Leasing, Renting, Sale, for both Residential & Commercial investments in Dubai.
